Rent and service charges

When you become a Triathlon Homes resident, you will know about the rent and/or service charges you need to pay.

We’ll also send you quarterly statements. It is important that you pay these charges as they fund important services such as repairs and maintenance of your home and communal areas.

Ways to pay:

  • Direct from your bank account by Direct Debit. This is the easiest and safest option and is recommended for all residents. The money is taken from your account on a date of your choice. This means you don’t have to remember to make the payment, and you can be sure that we have received the payment.

 

  • Direct from your bank account by a Standing Order. A Standing Order moves money from your bank account to another account, and allows you to specify the date and frequency of payment. To set up a Standing Order, you will need to download and complete a standing order mandate form and return it to your bank or building society.

 

  • With your credit or debit card online – You’ll need your payment number to hand, this will begin with TR.

 

  • With a credit or debit card over our automated payment line 0300 303 1686 or in person at the Triathlon Homes office. Please be aware that we don’t accept cash at our offices.

 

  • At your local post office. If you choose this option you will need to take your rent card with you. You can pay by cash or debit/credit card at the post office.

If you are having any problems at all paying your rent or service charges, it is important that you get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may be able to direct you to appropriate support services or help you apply for any benefits you may be entitled to.
