You can submit noise recordings over the App and we’ll pick them up in the next 24-48 hours.
To download the app go to www.thenoiseapp.com or search online for ‘The Noise App’ at Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Create your account and then choose the “Triathlon Homes” when prompted to select a Service Provider. To report a nuisance simply tap the icon, make a 30-second recording of the noise, complete a form and submit your report online. We will then investigate any reports of noise you log and submit to us.
