Considerate behaviour

The homes have been designed with your safety in mind, including secure door entry systems and well-lit communal areas.

Most of the homes in East Village are apartments, and of course there will be everyday living noises such as walking, opening and closing doors, children playing and music being played. We expect residents to be tolerant of their neighbours in regard to these daily sounds.

Resident charter

We ask all residents to sign up to a Resident Charter which sets out the values and behaviours all residents are happy to share with their neighbours.

If there’s a problem

We hope you will not have cause to report a problem, and if you do it’s not likely to be too serious. But if you’re worried about considerate behaviour, please let us know.

Noise complaints

Too much noise can make anyone miserable. Our Noise App makes it easier to report repeat instances of noise to us. Read more.
