If you are concerned about being able to pay your rent, please get in contact with us early so that we can help.
If you are worried about your ability to pay your rent or have a change in circumstances then please contact our Customer Accounts Team for help and advice.

Can you email me my rent statement?
Yes we can. If you would like to receive a copy of your quarterly rent statement by email then please contact us via email or on 0333 300 2012 and we will sort that out for you.
Can I move to a paperless account for my rent statement?
If residents express a desire to move their rent account to a paperless please let us know and we will be able to change it. Please note, this is not a standard and will be done for residents who specifically ask to go paperless.
