New rent payments method
June 22, 2020To avoid any confusion regarding your payments, we have outlined all the necessary information for you.
This is just a reminder as some of you may still be using the old payment method and bank details for our previous managing agent, L&Q. If this is you and you’ve made payments to L&Q please rest assured that we are working with them to make sure that any payments sent to them will be sent back to your rent account.
However, until this is resolved, your rent account balance may not be accurate and reflect all the payments that you’ve made.
To make payments to the correct account going forward, please see the details below.
Standing Orders
If you have a standing order, you’ll need to check it is set up with the bank account details below:

Direct Debits
If you’re paying by direct debit, please check it’s set up correctly.
Please call the Customer Accounts team on 0333 300 2012 and select Option 1. There is a possibility your direct debit may need to be cancelled and a new one set up.
Paying over the phone or online
If you pay using an automated system, please make sure you are calling 0333 300 2012, select Option 1, then 1 again and not using an L&Q contact number.
If you pay online, payments need to be paid to our payment provider Allpay.
