Your health and safety are our top priority. Members of our senior team are meeting daily to monitor the coronavirus situation and make plans for how we adapt our service. Here is a current update or all our residents.
- As of Wednesday 11 March, our contractors are still making their rounds as normal
- If you’re expecting a visit from one of our team to undertake essential maintenance or a repair in your home, they should contact you before anyone enters your home
- The pre-appointment contact is to establish whether any additional measures need to be put in place to ensure your safety before the service is carried out
- We ask that all our residents engage with our team and help us keep our essential services running

For your safety, Team East Village have increased their cleaning in each block.
