Items in communal areas
East Village is at its best when it is tidy and presentable. Please can you make sure that items like pushchairs, bikes and shoes etc are put away.
For residents’ safety it is important these items are not stored in any communal areas as they are potential fire hazards. Items found in communal areas may be removed.

Noise Nuisance
We want you to have a really enjoyable Christmas and festive period. Please remember your neighbours might want a peaceful Christmas.
If there’s noise and it’s really getting to you in addition to contacting our Security Team, residents can contact Newham Council to report nuisance and noise. The local council are the enforcing authority and have the remit and powers to serve notices, seize equipment and issue fines directly to those causing a nuisance.
