Triathlon Homes is a joint venture between the private and public sector.
There are three equal partners in Triathlon Homes – housing associations London & Quadrant and Southern Housing Group and urban development and investment company First Base. Together we have extensive experience of managing homes in London.
Our mission is to provide good quality, well managed and affordable homes in East Village, as well as bringing together a cohesive and happy community.
Triathlon Homes owns and manages 1,379 affordable homes in East Village.
